  • Mike increases value for principals through OEM/Tier 1 process expertise and senior level relationships, focusing on measurable results. Prior to joining Mayne-McKenney, Mike was Director of GM Business Unit for Laird PLC, Mayne-McKenney’s largest principal, where he expanded GM business from $24 to $62 million over four years, making General Motors Laird’s 2nd largest global customer.

TONY HOPKINS


  • Tony Hopkins brings to Mayne-McKenney 38 years of automotive leadership. Tony has led international operations in Europe and global product development organizations in multiple locations. Most recently, his eight year effort resulted in over 200% divisional growth of a Tier 1 supplier in North America.

ANDREW LERCH


  • Andrew Lerch brings to Mayne-McKenney 21 years of automotive leadership. Prior to joining Mayne-McKenney, Andrew spent eight years as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a large automotive global manufacturing company. In this role, Andrew and his team profitably grew sales from $110 million to $250 million while at the same time securing price increases to resolve critical profitability challenges, exceeding 2.0% annually.

NANCY VINCENT


  • Nancy has been with Mayne-McKenney for 20 years. She is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the Mayne-McKenney office. She is also the main interface between Mayne-McKenney and our Principal’s Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable departments to ensure all financial transactions are timely and accurate. Nancy is also responsible for all transactions with Mayne-McKenney’s banking group in Shanghai, China.

EDWARD J. GORDON

RON SHEETS


  • After 33 years with Mayne-McKenney in various leadership roles, Ron now serves as a consultant to Mayne-McKenney and its business interests. Through his years with the company, Ron helped grow several Mayne-McKenney principals from unknown to product category leaders in the following areas – radios, antennas, circuit boards, wiring, automotive electronics, steering wheels, composite materials and insert-molded and chrome plated plastics. Prior to joining Mayne-McKenney, he was with Delco Electronics Div. of General Motors for 18 years, where he served in various positions as a design and/or sales engineer that included activities in military communications, power semiconductors and automotive electronics. Ron is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

GUNHO PARK


  • Gunho Park assists with communication and minimizes cultural conflict between Korean principals and global customers. His OEM/Tier 1 process expertise and senior level relationships helps create value for principals.

  • Ed guides principals through the complex automotive marketplace to achieve profitable new business. He joined Mayne-McKenney in 1984 where his engineering background helped to identify automotive OEM customer needs from engineering and purchasing and then find high quality suppliers to meet those needs. He is an experienced traveler to Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Bangkok, Frankfurt, Paris, Istanbul and many other smaller cities to visit suppliers and potential customers. Prior to joining Mayne-McKenney, he worked for 11 years in Product Engineering at Buick Motor Division, General Motors Corporation where he specialized in product design for engine emissions, transmissions, front sheet metal, radio systems, instrument panels and electronic clusters. Ed is a graduate of Ohio State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Management from Central Michigan University.
